Vertikit is owned and operated by Emiliano Quijano, an individual based in Hurlingham, Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is a personal project: there is no registered company, tax ID or business registration associated with it at this time. Contact email: contacto@vertikit.io.

Purpose

Vertikit offers a set of free web tools for vertical video creators: a safe zone checker, an aspect-ratio crop with a focal point and a subtitle speed calculator. These tools are free to use and require no signup.

Terms of use

The tools are provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or of absolute accuracy of the calculations and visual references (for example, the interface overlays for third-party platforms are approximate and may become outdated if those platforms change their design).

Intellectual property

The files you upload to the tools are your property and are not stored on our servers. The site's own code, design and content belong to Emiliano Quijano, except for the third-party trademarks and materials mentioned below.

Third-party trademarks

TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts are trademarks of their respective owners. Vertikit is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms; references to their interfaces are made purely for descriptive purposes and user convenience.

Limitation of liability

Vertikit's tools are provided as a free, best-effort aid. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for decisions made based on its calculations or visual references (for example, the safe-zone overlays are approximate and may become outdated). You are responsible for the content you edit and publish on each platform. The site may experience interruptions or changes without prior notice.
